PROCESSING
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next working day.

DELIVERY TIMELINES (from dispatch)
- Tamil Nadu: 2 to 4 business days
- Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days
- Remote and hill locations: 7 to 10 business days

Shipping is calculated by delivery address and shown in full at checkout,
before you pay. No charges are added after an order is placed.

TRACKING
A tracking link is sent by SMS and email once your order is dispatched. If you
have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us.

DELIVERY AREAS
We currently ship within India only.

DELAYS
Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by
the courier, weather, or other events beyond our control, but we will assist you
in tracing any delayed shipment.
