PSM Stores (Sri Paathala Sembu Murugan Temple) — Refund and Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Contact us on
+91 97875 77011 or pathalasembumurugan7011@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order
has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled; please use the returns process below.

RETURNS
Because our products are consecrated religious articles, we accept returns only
where the item reaches you damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered.

To be eligible you must:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and photographs of the item and packaging
- Return the item unused, in its original packaging

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Prasadam and other consumable items, for hygiene and religious reasons
- Annadhanam Seva and all other donations, which are voluntary offerings and
  are non-refundable once made
- Items damaged through use after delivery

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of our receiving and
inspecting the returned item. The amount is credited to the original payment
method. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 business days to reflect it.

Where the return is due to damage, a defect, or our error, we bear the return
shipping cost. In all other approved cases the customer bears it.

If a payment is debited but your order is not confirmed, the amount is refunded
automatically by our payment provider, normally within 5 to 7 working days.
